Appointments Scheduler("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Android application, Appointments Scheduler ("the App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access or use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
When you use the App, you may provide certain personal information, including but not limited to:
- client's Information: name and phone number of the clients associated with the appointments.
This information is collected and stored on your device and is used solely for the purpose of managing appointments within the App.
2.2 Optional Cloud Backup
You have the option to back up some of the data added into this app to the cloud by signing in with your Google account.
This allows for later restoration or synchronization between devices.
3. How We Use Your Information
The personal information you provide within the App is used exclusively to:
- manage and organize appointments.
- provide the functionality of the App as intended.
We do not exchange, sell, or use your personal information for any other purpose.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information that you provide within the App. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide and improve our services.
Because of this, the app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Retention
The data that you add by the app and which was not backup up in your cloud account will be retained on your device for as long as you use the App.
The data that you add by the app and which is also backup in your cloud account can be deleted by using the <Delete Cloud Account> button from the <Settings> page.
The <Delete Cloud Account> button is available in the <Settings> page only if you prior logged in your cloud account.
If you disable the backup feature, the previous backup data will remain the the cloud until you delete it.
If you have any problems on deleting the backup data from the cloud, please contact us by email.
7. Your Choices
Data Collection: You can choose to disable the collection of Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data through the App’s settings.
Cloud Backup: You can enable or disable cloud backup at any time by signing in or out of your Google account through the App.
8. Important permissions required by the App
Read Contacts: this permission is necessary to import contacts from your phone's agenda as clients.
Write Contacts: this permission is necessary to save newly added clients in your phone's contacts agenda.
Calendar: this permission is necessary to save the appointment's data in your Google calendar.
Notifications: this permission is necessary if you want to receive reminder notifications about the SMS messages that need to be sent manually by you for the appointments you've added, based on the timings you've configured.
9. Links to Other Sites
The App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
